Calm in chaos. Steady under pressure. Life-changing in impact.
We are seeking dependable, emotionally intelligent caregivers to provide continuous supervision and behavioral support for at-risk youth in state custody. This is not a passive sitting role. It requires active engagement, strong de-escalation skills, and unwavering reliability.
Assignments may take place in hospitals, residential programs, offices, emergency placements, or community-based settings. Caregivers may serve as Sitters, CNAs, Behavioral Aides, or Nurses, depending on the needs identified by the referring agency.
Reliability Is Non-Negotiable
Because these youth require critical, uninterrupted supervision, coverage gaps cannot occur.
We are committed to supporting healthy work-life balance — and we expect candidates to only accept assignments they can fully commit to.
To protect the youth and the team:
Schedules are assigned carefully to minimize conflicts
Secondary employment must be disclosed prior to onboarding
Candidates should not accept assignments if outside commitments will interfere
Repeated or last-minute call-ins will not be tolerated due to the critical nature of coverage
