Join Our Team as an X-Ray Technician – Make a Difference in Patient Care
Elevate your radiology career by becoming a vital part of our dedicated healthcare team. As an X-Ray Technician, you will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging to support patient diagnosis and treatment across diverse clinical settings. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital radiography equipment and a collaborative environment committed to excellence and patient safety.
Required Skills:
ARRT certification in Radiography and current State License from LSRTBE
BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome
Proficiency in imaging procedures including general diagnostic, basic Fluoroscopy, and Surgery imaging
Experience working with EMR systems, specifically Meditech
Ability to adapt to various patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and ER (Trauma Level 2)
Strong understanding of patient safety and infection control protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends (every other weekend) and holidays as required
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Philips, Agfa, Siemens, Carestream digital radiography systems, and GE OEC C-Arms
Skills in intraoperative imaging and trauma radiography
Familiarity with float assignments across multiple sites within a short driving distance
Basic fluoroscopy and surgical imaging experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certification: ARRT in Radiography
Education: Associate’s Degree or higher in Radiologic Technology
Experience: 2+ years in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting; new graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
Willingness to float between facilities within a 15-minute drive
Ability to work a flexible schedule with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
Must adhere to uniform and badge policies; pewter scrubs, gray/white/black T-shirts with monogram, gray/black jackets, badges worn visibly at all times

Starting at an hourly rate of $53.60, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, health coverage, paid sick leave, competitive referral bonuses, and additional reimbursements as applicable.
