Required Skills:
Proven proficiency in performing radiographic procedures, particularly in surgical settings.
Familiarity with radiographic equipment operation, maintenance, and minor repairs.
Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
Ability to maintain radiographic supplies and manage film and equipment efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with digital radiography systems.
Knowledge of Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT or equivalent).
Previous experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
Basic understanding of radiation shielding principles.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of radiology experience, with surgical imaging preferred.
Relevant state licensure and professional certifications.
Other Requirements:
Must hold valid radiologic technologist certification and licensure.
Ability to work scheduled days; flexibility for occasional overtime if necessary.
Possibility of travel reimbursements and licensure-related expenses when applicable.
Reliable transportation to the work site.
