VHS is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care.

Start Date: as soon as credentialed. Nov 3 or 10 if we are able to obtain emergency privileges clean background.
Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility to extend
Shift Details: 7:30am – 4pm -- Mon Tues Thurs Friday
Schedule: .8 FTE
Work Details:
• Support Staff: MD specialty staff
• Patients per day: Appointments every 20 minutes up to 20 patients/day
• Patient Population/Age: All Ages
• Department Description: Outpatient Wound Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Special Procedures: Perform sharp debridement biopsies biologic skin graft applications apply total contact casts
• Skills Required: Wound Care experience
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient Clinic

• Board Certification: required
• License Required: YES.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days – Emergency privs might be possible with clean history/background
Shift Info: Day 4x8-Hour 07:30 - 04:00
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
