Shift: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours/Week: 40 hours

Licenses/Certs: Active TN Medical License, TN DEA
Experience: Women’s health background including prenatal and well-woman care
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $66.83/hr
Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement where applicable

What You’ll Do:
Provide antepartum care across all trimesters
Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological services
Offer contraceptive counseling and management
Collaborate with MDs, CNMs, and social workers on care plans
Document care and coordinate with healthcare teams using Athena EMR
Manage a patient load of approximately 21-23 patients per shift
Flexibility to work at Crossville location, with approval from management
What You Need:
Current, active TN Medical License and DEA
Women’s health experience including prenatal care and contraceptive management
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
