Required Skills:
Board Certification (BC or BE) in Urology
Valid PA License (preferred for quicker onboarding)
Minimum of 1 year of Urology experience
Proficiency in core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and lithotripsy
DEA certification
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with robotic surgery
Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
Ability to supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Experience managing diverse patient populations, including occasional pediatric cases
Knowledge of office procedures like injections and minor surgeries
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Prior experience in a hospital setting with trauma level I exposure
At least one year of dedicated urology practice
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in 24-hour beeper call coverage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations
Availability to start on 06/01/2026
