Required Skills:
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience
Valid Pennsylvania medical license
DEA certification
Proficiency in general urology procedures and inpatient care
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Epic EMR system
Prior experience in a community hospital environment
Ability to handle inpatient and ER calls with confidence
Familiarity with trauma patient management
Multilingual abilities or additional certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Completed residency in Urology
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
Prior success in similar community hospital settings
Other Requirements:
Pennsylvania medical license in good standing
DEA registration for controlled substances
Ability to work 24-hour on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
Willingness to participate in credentialing process (approximately 90 days; expedited options available)
Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
