What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive urological care to adult patients in a collaborative hospital environment.
Manage emergencies and perform surgeries as needed during your scheduled shifts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in on-call rotation, including 24-hour shifts, ensuring continuous patient coverage.
Required Skills:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Valid state medical license in Pennsylvania
Active DEA certification
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Urology
Strong surgical skills and excellent clinical judgment
Compassionate patient care and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Prior hospital-based urology practice experience
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Successful completion of Urology residency program
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 24-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
Willing to stay in nearby hotels when working at different hospital sites (Good Sam and Ephrata)
Credentialing within approximately 90 days with a clean file is preferred
