Are you a dedicated Urology Specialist looking for a flexible opportunity to showcase your skills and enhance your professional journey? We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic hospital setting, supporting a diverse patient population across Chambersburg, Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center. This PRN position offers the chance to work on a flexible schedule with competitive compensation, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while making a difference in patients’ lives.
What You’ll Need:
Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology
Valid Pennsylvania medical license
DEA certification
Proficiency in patient evaluation and Urology procedures
Excellent communication skills to coordinate care effectively
Ability to operate efficiently within EPIC EMR system
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in hospital-based Urology practice
Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
Experience with high patient volumes and diverse cases
Preferred Education & Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1-3 years of post-residency Urology practice experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 24-hour shifts in a hospital setting
Flexible coverage approximately once every 12-14 weeks
Ability to handle long callback hours during coverage shifts
No additional practice support staff required; must be self-sufficient
