Required Skills:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Valid medical license in applicable state(s)
Proven experience in urological diagnoses and treatments
Ability to perform scheduled surgeries and procedures
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with weekend coverage
Prior work in hospital or emergency settings
Familiarity with advanced urological technologies and minimally invasive procedures
Additional certifications in related specialties
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology
Previous on-call experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call schedule (0700-0700) with coverage 10-12 days per month
Availability for clinic sessions, scheduled OR time, and weekend shifts
Ability to work as the sole Urology provider on call with APP support
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment
