Required Skills:
Valid medical license with active Urology certification
Prior experience in urological clinical procedures and surgeries
Strong knowledge of urological conditions and treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Clean professional history with no restrictions or pertinent compliance issues
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous locum tenens experience
Familiarity with New Mexico medical regulations
Multilingual capabilities
Advanced surgical skills or subspecialty certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree with specialization in Urology
Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical urology practice
Prior experience working in outpatient clinics and operating rooms
Other Requirements:
NM medical license with temporary privileges
Availability to start in November or December 2025, with at least one week per month, ideally two weeks
Willingness to travel as required
No call responsibilities; committed to clinic and surgical coverage only
