Required Skills:
Valid PA license (current preferred)
Proven experience in urology practice or clinical setting
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications in urology or related specialties
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to perform minor urological procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree or higher in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent
Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient urology setting preferred
Knowledge of current urology protocols and treatments
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in urology call coverage, including rounding on approximately 2-4 inpatients
Availability to start by April 2, 2026
Flexibility for occasional travel and certification updates as needed
