What You’ll Do:
Conduct high-risk perinatal ultrasounds, including MFM scans such as detailed anatomies, growth assessments, BPPs, dopplers, NT scans, and fetal echoes
Perform general imaging procedures such as abdominal scans, renal, pelvis, breast, and small parts ultrasounds
Assist with outpatient ultrasound services in a fast-paced clinical environment
Operate GE ultrasound equipment within EPIC electronic health record system
Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and follow departmental protocols
What You Need:
Active ARDMS OB/GYN certification and BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years ultrasound experience, including high-risk obstetric scans (highly preferred)
Experience with GE ultrasound equipment and EPIC system
Strong knowledge of obstetric and fetal ultrasound procedures, including 1st-3rd trimester scans, fetal anatomy, and dopplers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outpatient settings
About the Assignment:
Join a dedicated team at a reputable facility in Wilmington, North Carolina, specializing in perinatal high-risk ultrasound and general radiology. The unit performs detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth assessments, and fetal Echos, supporting patients with conditions such as GDM, chronic hypertension, and other pregnancy complications. The schedule is fixed, with no weekend or night shifts required, providing a stable work-life balance. The assignment begins on 09/02/2026, with orientation scheduled for the first week. During orientation, you'll complete 40 hours of training Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
