Licensure/Certifications: ARDMS registered, BLS from American Heart Association, RVT certification within 2 years of hire
Experience: Minimum 2 years with Maternal Fetal Medicine experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $61.10 per hour

What You'll Do
Verify physician orders and ensure procedure accuracy
Use radiology information systems to facilitate patient care
Explain procedures to patients to ensure understanding
Operate ultrasound equipment independently to acquire diagnostic images, including assisting with guided procedures
Review images for diagnostic quality before transmission
Complete quality control procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist with departmental operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance
Adapt communication and care approaches to diverse patient populations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and standards applicable to the role
What You Need
Required:
ARDMS certification in Abdominal and OB-Gyn ultrasound or Cardiac Sonography
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of sonographer experience
Maternal Fetal Medicine experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Preferred:
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification within two years of hire
Strong computer and communication skills
