Hourly Rate: $43.55/hr

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our psychiatric care team during overnight hours. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized mental health setting, delivering safe, high-quality care to diverse patient populations. As an integral part of our clinical team, you will coordinate and implement personalized care plans, ensuring dignity, safety, and support for each patient. Your expertise will contribute to positive patient outcomes and uphold the mission of providing compassionate mental health services.
Required Skills
Valid New Mexico RN license or license from a Compact state
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via the American Heart Association (AHA)
CPI certification or equivalent for behavioral management
Proven knowledge of psychiatric patient care and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across all age groups
Ability to handle emergency and crisis situations calmly and effectively
Physical stamina to work extended standing, walking, and patient handling duties
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience working in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
Knowledge of additional mental health intervention techniques
Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Other Requirements
Active licensure and certifications as specified
Willingness to travel for assignments and adhere to travel reimbursement policies
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and potential shift adjustments
Knowledge of bloodborne pathogen standards and infection control procedures
