Join Our Team as a Travel RN - Float I-Nights and Make a Difference in Patient Care
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse seeking a dynamic opportunity to expand your clinical experience? We are hiring a dedicated Travel RN for Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) to support our patient care teams on a flexible, island-wide basis. In this pivotal position, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to diverse patient populations during overnight hours. Your clinical skills will ensure safe, efficient care delivery aligned with facility standards while demonstrating professionalism and respect to patients, families, and colleagues. Required Skills:
Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS Certification
Proven knowledge of patient care for various age groups
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Ability to handle emergency situations with composure
Physical endurance for prolonged standing, walking, and patient transfers
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in acute care environments such as ICU, med-surg, or emergency departments
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures
Multi-language proficiency is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to evolving schedules
Willingness to travel or rotate across various healthcare facilities
Certifications or licenses related to specialized patient populations are advantageous
