Travel: RN - Float I-NIGHTS

Required Skills:
Valid New Mexico RN license or current compact state license
BLS Certification
Proven clinical skills appropriate to the patient population served
Strong communication abilities tailored to patient developmental stages
Ability to handle emergency and high-stress situations
Competent in patient safety and rights advocacy
Physical capability to handle patient transfers and prolonged standing
Effective time management and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in different hospital departments such as OR, PACU, or L&D
Additional certifications relevant to hospital specialties
Prior travel nursing experience
Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare technology
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1-2 years of recent hospital-based RN experience in an acute care setting
Previous float or agency nursing experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Availability for Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM starting immediately
Ability to work in a clean, well-lit environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-ray radiation
Willingness to adapt to schedule changes and emergencies
Compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
