Travel: RN - Emergency Room-NIGHTS

Required Skills:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA
TNCC or ATCN certification
Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
Strong communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations
Knowledge of patient rights and safety protocols
Flexibility to float between units as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
POCUS or other advanced emergency care certifications
Experience with high-acuity cases
Additional language proficiency
CPI or equivalent de-escalation training
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Availability for rotating weekends (up to 2 per 4 weeks)
Willingness to be on call during low census periods
Flexibility to float as needed across different units
Ability to work 7 PM to 7 AM shifts starting ASAP
Physical ability to perform patient transfers and handle emergency procedures
