Travel: RN - Critical Care - NIGHTS

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to elevate your career while exploring new locations? We are seeking dedicated Critical Care RNs to provide exceptional nighttime care across diverse units. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license
BLS Certification from AHA (American Heart Association) required
ACLS Certification from AHA required
TNCC certification preferred
Valid California, Texas, or other Compact state license considered
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Proven experience in critical care nursing, handling adult and varied patient populations
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle emergency situations and physically accommodate patient care demands
Willingness to float between units as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with telemedicine or advanced monitoring equipment
Previous travel nursing experience in critical care units
Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Advanced certifications or specializations in critical care or emergency nursing
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years’ critical care experience in a hospital setting
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) with varying schedules
Ability to lift, position, and transfer patients and equipment safely
Compliance with OSHA, bloodborne pathogen standards, and infection control procedures
Remote or on-site travel as assignments may vary; reliable transportation is preferred
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
