Thoracic Surgery - Cardio Thoracic Surgery – Duluth, MN

Shift: 7-10 days per month, schedule TBD (preferably bookend weekends)

Licensure & Certifications: Active Medical License in Minnesota; Board Certified/Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
Experience: Relevant cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care for diverse patient cases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care.
Perform thoracic surgeries, including complex procedures, as designated.
Document procedures accurately and adhere to facility protocols.
Contribute to a patient-centered environment emphasizing safety and quality.
What You Need:
Active Medical License in Minnesota or ability to obtain one.
Board Certification or Certification Eligible in Thoracic Surgery.
Proven experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to start quickly and work independently as needed.
