What You’ll Do
Operate advanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce detailed internal images
Screen patients for safety and contrast allergies before procedures
Administer contrast agents following prescribed protocols
Collaborate directly with radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging results
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as necessary
Follow all safety, regulatory, and documentation protocols
What You Need
Required:
Valid Michigan MRI technologist license
ARRT MRI certification
2+ years of MRI scanning experience
Good understanding of safety procedures and contrast administration
Preferred:
BLS certification
Experience with a variety of MRI equipment and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
