What You’ll Do
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized care plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed, documenting all services accurately
Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling related to speech disorders
Collaborate with healthcare team members regarding patient progress and treatment planning
Complete discharge summaries and maintain meticulous patient records in electronic documentation systems
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Support and supervise CFYs or student speech-language pathologists when appropriate
What You Need
Active ASHA Certification and State Licensure in Missouri
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Strong clinical skills in speech, cognition, and swallowing therapies
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
