Experience: Prior experience in speech therapy, preferably in Long Term Care settings

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You’ll Do:
Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding speech disorders
Document all services accurately in electronic records and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training
Support and supervise CFYs or Speech-Language Pathology students as needed
What You Need:
Required:
Valid ASHA Certification and State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Prior experience in clinical settings, preferably in Long Term Care
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Experience supervising students or CFYs
Knowledge of clinical assessment and intervention strategies for communication and swallowing disorders
