Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) – Inpatient / Outpatient – Marshall, MI

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct patient evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Plan and revise individualized care programs and therapy goals
  • Provide treatments for inpatient and outpatient populations, including bedside swallow studies and VFSS
  • Communicate findings and treatment plans to physicians
  • Document patient progress according to regulatory standards
  • Participate in staff meetings, educational programs, and community initiatives
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care

What You Need
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in inpatient/outpatient settings
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
