What You’ll Do
Conduct patient evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Plan and revise individualized care programs and therapy goals
Provide treatments for inpatient and outpatient populations, including bedside swallow studies and VFSS
Communicate findings and treatment plans to physicians
Document patient progress according to regulatory standards
Participate in staff meetings, educational programs, and community initiatives
Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality patient care
What You Need
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in inpatient/outpatient settings
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
