What You’ll Do
Provide holistic, patient-centered care to post-anesthesia patients across all age groups.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans.
Monitor patient recovery, vital signs, and response to treatments.
Delegate and coordinate care activities among team members.
Ensure compliance with standards of nursing practice and hospital protocols.
Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records.
Support patient and family education on post-procedure care.
What You Need
Valid RN license in Minnesota or ability to obtain one.
Experience in PACU, surgery, or critical care preferred.
Strong assessment, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
