What You’ll Do:
Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care in the operating room setting
Assist surgical teams with procedures and maintaining sterile environments
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure efficient surgical workflows
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with all safety standards
Support patient comfort and safety during perioperative phases
What You Need:
Valid Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
