What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit
Monitor patient vitals and respond to clinical needs promptly
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility protocols
Support patient and family education throughout care process
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Massachusetts
At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work night shifts and provide flexible coverage
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital setting
Experience with telemetry monitoring systems
