What You’ll Do:
Provide direct patient care on Med Surg and Telemetry units during night shifts
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing age-specific criteria
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care strategies
Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely
Assist in training and supervising non-RN staff, including LPNs and PCTs
Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
Contribute to a positive environment focused on patient recovery and safety
What You Need:
Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
