Experience: Minimum 1 year in Med Surg/Telemetry preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay package based on experience ($52.26/hour)

What You’ll Do:
Perform patient assessments upon admission and monitor ongoing clinical status
Administer prescribed medications and manage treatments, including IVs and wound care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and ongoing treatment needs
Recognize early signs of deterioration and respond swiftly to stabilize patients
Document all patient care activities accurately in accordance with hospital policies
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, including attendance as per McLaren Bay’s policy
What You Need:
Active Michigan RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work nights and thrive in a fast-paced environment
