Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $61.64
Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
Provide expert nursing care for cardiac and neuro patients in a 20-34 bed unit
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Assist with patient evaluations and discharge planning
Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with healthcare standards
Adapt to the needs of a fast-paced, specialized unit
What You Need:
Valid Massachusetts RN license and Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License
Minimum 1 year experience in Med Surg; neuro and cardiac proficiency preferred
Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care
Ability to work nights and adapt to unit needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
