Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $61.64/hr

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg setting
Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications per physician orders
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff
What You Need
Valid Massachusetts RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment
This assignment is at a reputable hospital in Pittsfield, MA, with a patient unit size of 20 to 34 beds. Expected patient ratios are approximately 1:6, providing a manageable workload. Dress code is personal scrubs of any color. Orientation is dedicated to 8 hours non-billable time, with holiday and overtime pay multipliers of 1.25x. Please note, all requested time off must be noted at submission; requests after upload or during interviews will not be approved.
