Pay rate: $55.61 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Assist staff nurses in providing patient care in a long-term care setting
Observe and monitor patients’ conditions and report changes
Support treatment procedures and ensure adherence to care protocols
Promote patient and family-centered care
Document patient information accurately and timely
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs
What You Need:
Required:
Valid RN license in Michigan
CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in LTC or similar environment
Preferred:
Knowledge of long-term care standards and practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
