Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What You’ll Do:
Provide expert assessment and consultation on lactation management in inpatient and outpatient settings
Develop and oversee lactation plans, providing leadership and guidance to care teams
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patients with advanced lactation needs
Educate patients and staff on best practices in lactation support
Document assessments, goals, and care plans per facility protocols
Support the hospital’s mission to deliver high-quality lactation care
What You Need:
Valid Massachusetts RN license (active and in good standing)
Experience in lactation consulting or related healthcare role (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
About the Assignment:
This position is based in a well-respected healthcare facility in Pittsfield, MA, dedicated to providing excellent patient care with a focus on maternal and infant health. The RN will play a vital role in supporting new mothers with lactation needs, working closely with patient care teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Note that residents within 50 miles of Pittsfield are not eligible to apply. Applicants must upload all relevant credentials and verify requested time off during the assignment upfront.
