Licensure/Certs: Valid RN license in Minnesota, BLS, ACLS (preferred)
Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay of $62.31

What You’ll Do:
Provide holistic, patient-centered care to ICU patients across all age groups
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments in accordance with standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes
Delegate and supervise activities of nursing assistants and other care team members
Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Adapt to float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units as needed
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and comforting environment for patients and families
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Minnesota
Ability to work rotating shifts (day/night)
Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to adapt to various ICU settings and float as needed
