Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hour
Pay Package includes: Weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave as per applicable laws, licensure & travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.

What You’ll Do
Apply nursing process within Oregon State Board of Nursing guidelines to care for ER patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
Document patient care accurately in medical records
Respond to emergency situations efficiently and effectively
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Valid Oregon RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
