What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Triage patients and prioritize care needs efficiently
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patient conditions and update family members accordingly
Document patient information accurately and promptly
Follow facility protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
What You Need:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
