Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care – Pittsfield, MA Urgent Need at a Leading Facility in Pittsfield, MA | Days Shift | Competitive Pay

Licensure/Certifications: MA RN license required, BLS certified
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in critical care nursing
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $62.31
Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed ICU setting
Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in compliance with hospital policies
Document patient status and care provided accurately
Adhere to all facility protocols, dress code, and safety standards
Respond swiftly to emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times
What You Need:
Current Massachusetts RN license
BLS certification, ACLS preferred
At least 2 years of critical care or ICU experience
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and intensive care procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

This assignment is at a leading facility in Pittsfield, MA, a community-oriented hospital with a focus on high-quality patient care. The 20-bed ICU unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:2, requiring dedicated and skilled nursing professionals to deliver top-tier critical care. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable, and professional dress code standards are maintained throughout your shift.
Note: Due to facility policies, travelers residing within 50 miles of Pittsfield are ineligible for this assignment.
