Experience: 2+ years in behavioral health or inpatient psychiatric settings preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $50.92
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Assess patients’ care needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Provide leadership and oversight to licensed and non-licensed staff, promoting a safe, secure environment
Assist in patient education and discharge planning, involving families and significant others
Document all patient care activities according to policies
Monitor patient safety, report potential risks, and communicate effectively with physicians and team members
Promote a recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered care approach
Support the facility’s mission and values, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Michigan
Minimum 2 years’ experience in behavioral health or inpatient nursing
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
