What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality circulating nursing care in the operating room environment
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
Prepare ORs, assist with surgical procedures, and monitor patient status during surgeries
Follow facility policies and adhere to professional and regulatory standards
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Assist in maintaining sterile and safe surgical settings
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Michigan
Circulating OR nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in perioperative care
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital setting
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
