What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide bedside nursing care to OB/GYN patients, following medical orders accurately.
Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans.
Delegate tasks to Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, and other support staff.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols.
Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning as needed.
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Michigan.
Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN or women's health nursing.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
