What You’ll Do
Provide specialized nursing care for patients in an acute rehab setting
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to physiological changes
Educate patients and families on recovery processes and care plans
Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies
Ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained
Support unit operations during assigned shifts and assist team members as needed
What You Need
Required
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of experience in acute rehabilitation, med-surg, or similar setting
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working night shifts
Additional certifications relevant to rehab nursing
