What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized nursing care for patients in an acute rehab setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to physiological changes
  • Educate patients and families on recovery processes and care plans
  • Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies
  • Ensure safety and infection control standards are maintained
  • Support unit operations during assigned shifts and assist team members as needed
What You Need Required
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in acute rehabilitation, med-surg, or similar setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience working night shifts
  • Additional certifications relevant to rehab nursing
