What You’ll Do:
Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and balance training
Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and modify treatment plans
Help patients move safely using wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices
Educate patients and their families on at-home techniques and exercises
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Support administrative tasks like scheduling and documentation
Ensure quality patient care across all age groups, from newborns to seniors
What You Need:
Valid PTA license in Missouri
Prior outpatient or rehab experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and follow treatment plans
Strong communication skills with patients and families
