What You’ll Do:
Assist physical therapists by implementing treatment plans and modalities
Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
Monitor patient progress and modify treatments under direction
Document patient care accurately and promptly
Support a clean, safe environment conducive to recovery
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical practices
What You Need:
Valid PTA license in Illinois (required)
At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently within scope of practice
Commitment to patient-centered care
