Hourly Rate: $38.19

What You’ll Do
Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients in long-term care
Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, massage, and other interventions
Track and document patient progress accurately and report findings to supervising therapists
Support patient recovery and mobility goals through personalized care
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure integrated patient care
What You Need Required:
Valid PTA license in Texas
Basic life support (BLS) certification
1+ years of experience in long-term care or relevant setting
Preferred:
Experience working with elderly or disabled populations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
