Shift: Days (exact hours typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or as specified)
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
License/Certifications: Valid PTA license in Texas; CPR/BLS certified
Experience: Previous LTC or skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $40.20 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, massage, and gait/balance training under physical therapist supervision
Document patient progress and communicate results to supervising therapists
Support development and implementation of treatment plans
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with facility policies
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living as needed
Contribute to a positive and caring environment for patients and staff
What You Need:
Valid PTA license in Texas
CPR/BLS certification
Prior experience working with elderly or in LTC settings preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively
