Licensure/Certifications: Active Texas PTA license required
Experience: Prior LTC experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86
Pay Package: Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Implement evidence-based interventions to support patient rehabilitation
Assist with medically necessary treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Conduct patient assessments and document progress accurately
Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Support the use of supportive and assistive devices
Collaborate with team members on treatment planning and patient progress
Support patient, family, and caregiver education
Document all treatments and maintain patient records in EMS/system
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education
Support clinical and regulatory compliance standards
What You Need:
Valid Texas PTA license
Prior experience in LTC setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols
