Licensure/Certs: Valid PTA license in TX (or eligible)
Experience: Prior LTC or outpatient experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly pay: $40.20/hr
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans using exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
Observe and record patient progress accurately
Report treatment outcomes to physical therapists
Support patient rehabilitation and recovery efforts in a long-term care setting
Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care
What You Need:
Valid PTA license in Texas
At least 1 year of experience as a PTA, preferably in LTC or outpatient care
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow treatment plans accurately
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
