Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $41.54
Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in long-term care
Conduct exercises, massage, gait, and balance training
Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with care plans
Support patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being
Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
Communicate effectively with team members and report on patient responses
What You Need
Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Prior experience in long-term care settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
