What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate patient function using formal and informal testing methods.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance.
  • Execute and update treatment regimens in coordination with physicians.
  • Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions with patients and support staff.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment options, prognosis, and intervention rationale.
  • Assist in the delegation to physical therapist assistants and aides to ensure quality patient care.
  • Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
What You Need Required:
  • Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy
  • Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
Preferred:
  • Experience in patient education and team collaboration
  • Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
