What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients’ skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function through formal and informal testing
Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and team members
Document treatment regimes as part of the patient’s plan of care and update as needed
Schedule treatment sessions tailored to patient needs, goals, and caregiver input
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, prognosis, and therapy approaches
Assist with patient assessments, progress documentation, and coordination of care activities
What You Need:
Valid state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
