What You'll Do
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients across various age groups
Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all hospital and state regulations
Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention techniques
What You Need
Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
Prior outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
